Bulk email out to all active employees
As far as I can see (maybe looked in the wrong place!) it has been reported that it is not possible to send bulk emails to all active employees, that is apart from what is already set up in the system - pay slips etc.
If you want to send a bulk email to all active employees on any non-MYOB generated subject go to MYOB Card File, select Card List, select Employee, select Customise - which will open a drop-down Customer Employee List on the bottom right of the screen. Select Email (not Email (A2)). All employee's email addresses will now appear in a new column on the right. Drag the screen margin over to view properly. Right click on the first email address and select Copy List to Clipboard.
Open a new Excel sheet and Paste the contents. Adjust column widths etc and you will now have all your employee’s email addresses in a single column. Select all and copy and paste into your email to send out the bulk message. To avoid disclosing email addresses to all recipients use the Bcc (blind carbon copy) function.
