I have 5 car allowance cards for payroll and I have noticed that one of them is accruing superannuation when it shouldn't. I have checked my payroll category card and can't see a reason as to why it is when it shouldn't be. Any suggestions?

Thanks for your post. Go to Payroll categories>>Superannuation tab>>open the superannuation payroll category>>click Exempt and select the allowance that should be excluded from super calculations.
