Causal Employee accruing leave

I have an employee that was permanent then went back to casual.  Ive 0'd his leave entitlements however I cant untick the annual leave and personal leave boxed in the card file as they have been used in previous payperiods. How can I fix this so the employee doesnt accrue leave next pay run.

  • You may be better off creating a new employee card for this employee. This is sometimes easier and more transparent than editing a current card, depending on circumstances. You can then rename the old card something like Z-Smith, John, so that it's at the bottom of the employee card list but still searchable.
