Changing the dates of pay runs

Question

Hi everyone.&nbsp;My pay runs have always run from Thursday to Friday, but in November/2024 by mistake I skipped the 1st November and processed a pay run from 2nd November to 8th November (Saturday to Thursday) and form this date onwards all my pay runs have been running Saturday-Thursday. I've just noticed that and I need to fix all the previous pay runs. How to do that?

Hi MatheusToledo,&nbsp;Sounds like you've a bit of a task on your hands, but no worries, we've got your back. If you just need to change the previous pay run’s pay period dates, you can do this from the Transaction Journal tab. Keep in mind, there are some settings and scenarios where just changing the dates won’t work. All these details can be found on this link.&nbsp;Cheers,Princess
