Child support deduction

When setting up Child Support deduction what is the STO reporting category

    Hi Spanline1 

     

    My understanding is that MYOB decided not to allow users to report Child Support deductions via STP,  so you would assign them as Not Reportable. You would need to report them as you have been doing previously (Services Australia Form CS4964).

     

    If that is not an option, you could use something like STP Creator, however this only works with offline AR2022 files.

    You can read more information about this in the following help article: Child support payments. The ATO Reporting Category for this deduction is typically Not Reportable, but you can clarify this with your accounting advisor or the ATO.
