Custom Reports disappeared since the last upgrade

Hi,

 

I have also lost some customised reports Timesheets and Aged Detail reports are missing from my custom reports

since the last upgrade yet my manager can access them?

    In AccountRight 2022.10, there has been a change in the way that custom reports are handled, in that you do need to have access to the base report to be able to run the custom report. For example, if you wish to have access to a custom Job Activity [Detail] report, for instance, you do need to have Report>>Accounts access - which is where the base report is housed.

    Hi Tracey,

     

    This does not help me as I enter timesheets each week and usually run the Timesheet report to check my entries and for our bookeeper to check.

    I cannot do this anymore and have to ask my manager to print the report now which is very annoying.

    He can access the report but I used to be able to and now can't.
