Emailing Payslips

Good Afternoon.  Can someone tell me why only some of my payslips are sending through?  When I click on payslips to be emailed, they are all there but some of the employees don't get them.  When I click on the emails sent (report), their names are not there and it only shows about half of the payslips that went through.  I have checked each one's card and the "payslip to be emailed" is ticked and it has the email addresses filled in.  It's weird because this happened two weeks ago, but last week everyone received theirs so I figured it was sorted out?  But this week the same thing happened.  Any ideas?  Thanks in advance ...

    Hi Mathilda1,

    You can try sending the payslips in batches. Instead of sending all payslips at once, send them in smaller batches. For example, if you have 50 payslips to send, try sending them in batches of 10 or 15. Additionally, ensure that the email addresses are correctly entered in each employee's card and that the "payslip to be emailed" option is ticked.

      Thanks for your reply.  I have a very small payroll - only 7 employees :)  Only 3 employees' payslips were sent through, and 4 just disappeared.  As mentioned before, all 7 were listed and ticked before sending them, but on the email report only 3 went through.

        Hi Mathilda1,

         

        It's a bit odd that the pay slips aren't sending, especially since it worked before and nothing's changed. But no worries, I've run a script on your file to help sort it out. Now, go ahead and put through a dummy paycheque, then delete it. After that, try resending the pay slips. Also, double-check that none of the recipients have firewall settings blocking the emails. If the pay slips still aren't sending, you'll need to reach out to our support team using one of the various support options available here for further look into what may be causing the issue.
