Emailing Payslips

Good Afternoon.  Can someone tell me why only some of my payslips are sending through?  When I click on payslips to be emailed, they are all there but some of the employees don't get them.  When I cl...

Hi Mathilda1,

You can try sending the payslips in batches. Instead of sending all payslips at once, send them in smaller batches. For example, if you have 50 payslips to send, try sending them in batches of 10 or 15. Additionally, ensure that the email addresses are correctly entered in each employee's card and that the "payslip to be emailed" option is ticked.

Hi Earl_HD 

Thanks for your reply.  I have a very small payroll - only 7 employees :)  Only 3 employees' payslips were sent through, and 4 just disappeared.  As mentioned before, all 7 were listed and ticked before sending them, but on the email report only 3 went through.
