Employee Entitlements

Entitlement Summary report does not match Detailed report

I have made a few adjustments to employees entitlements and they are correct in the Detailed report however they are still showing up in the Summary report.

Any clues to why this is happening?

    Thanks for your post.

     

    Please confirm if the employees' card files were reinstated. This will help us identify the cause of the issue. Also, kindly attach a screenshot of the reports. Make sure to remove sensitive information before posting in the Forum.
