Employee extra HECS pay
I have an employee who wants to pay extra to his HECS debt. How an I do this?

Thank you for your post. Am I correct that your employee is wishing to pay for the HELP Debt to the ATO? If that is the case then you could enter the extra amount as an Extra PAYG Deduction.
To do this:
- Open the Card File and edit the employee's card.
- Select the Payroll Details and the Taxes tab.
- Enter the extra PAYG deduction amount in the Extra Tax field, then click OK. The calculated PAYG Withholding amount will now be increased by this amount in the employee's pays.
