Hi Shaylee,
Sometimes the system takes a bit to update. Have you tried refreshing the page or logging out and back in? If it’s still not showing, I would highly recommend connecting to our live chat agents through our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount so that they can further check it.
