Is there a report to show when and what payroll salaries or hourly rates have been changed to over years of employment

Thank you for posting and welcome to Community Forum.
This Help Article, Payroll Reports, has a list of payroll reports available in AccountRight with descriptions for each. Currently, these are the only available reports and we don't have a specific one for the changes in payroll salaries or hourly rates over the years of employment.
