Employee Superannuation Payment Processing

Good Morning,

i was hoping to get some help with my employees superannuation contribution.

It says in the Manage Payments box that it is still processing but it was withdrawn from our bank account 7 days ago and now CBUS is sending me a warning for not recieving it yet?

Help Please

    Hi Simone20,

     

    Thanks for your post.

     

    If the super payment has been taken out from your bank already 7 days ago, please allow until 10 business days for the payment to reach the super fund. More information regarding your concern can be found here. If it has been more 10 business days and the payment has not been received by the fund, you can create a post again so we can further investigate.
