Entitlement Report Incorrect

Hi there, 

 

I have one employee who has used up all of their TIL accrual. When I run the entitlement report from 1st July, it shows the correct balance of zero, but when I run the report weekly/monthly it still shows a TIL balance. Their employee card also shows a zero balance. 

How can I fix this?

    Thanks for your post. If you run the Entitlement balance detail report, does the figure appear correctly or incorrect ?

    The detailed report shows the correct figure.

    Hi Brooke001

     

    Apologies for the delay in my response. I've had a look into this, the report is displaying correctly. The Entitlement balance summary report will show the total hours and value of accrued entitlements for the selected period. The carry over will always appear in the opening hours column. 

     

    For example if a pay run for time in lieu taken was recorded in October, this won't appear in the November period report.
