Entitlement Balance Summary Report doesn't match Entitlement Balance Detail Report

I have a few employees whose Available hours in the Entitlement Balance Summary Report are incorrect and don't match the correct available hours on the Detailed Report & their card file.  Everything seems to balance everywhere else including in their monthly pay history section?

    Just to confirm, when you are running these two reports, are they filtered with the same date range (Year-To-Date)?
