EOFY amount different to actual wage

I have one employee who was employed as a permanent for part of the year, resigned the position and then return as a casual employee later in the year - I did not create a separate card.  The total wages for this employee at the end of year does not include leave or loadings paid during the permanent period of employment.  As such, total wages for the year is under stated.

Other employees receive these leave entitlements and loadings and their EOFY totals are correct.

I have tried sending an update event, but it doesn't correct the issue

    Bit odd for leave and loadings paid not to show up in the EOFY values, isn’t it? To get to the bottom of it, let’s take a quick look at the payroll category for those leave or loadings. If they’re missing ATO reporting categories, that could explain why they’re not being included.
