ERROR Employee Self Onboarding Default Super Fund

Hello,


I have an issue with a new employee who is trying to check her payroll information. When it comes to super, she tries to select the employer default fund, but she gets an error saying it looks like the employer has not specified a default fund, but we have a default fund. 

I am using Account Right - screen shots have been attached.

    I regret to hear about the challenges you're facing while onboarding your employee and I apologize for the delayed response. From the screenshot you've provided, it appears that everything has been set up correctly. I suggest cancelling and resending the onboarding invitation to the employee. If the issue continues after resending, please inform us so we can delve deeper into this matter.

    Thanks for the reply Genreve.

    There is no option for me to cancel. WHen i go into the employees card file. There is a box at bottom that says 
    "employee review details status: in progress"

    There is no option for me to cancel this.

    Hi LisaGSA

     

    Thanks for your response and the screenshots you've provided. 

     

    You can cancel the invite by clicking Employee Self-Onboarding > View Pending Invites > Under Employee information request section > click 3 horizontal dots next to the employee > Cancel Invite. 

    Let us know if you still require further help navigating through the process.

    Good Morning,
    I have a new employee that was set up today & they are also having the same issue when they go to check their payroll information. 
    If I am going to have this issue constantly, then there doesn't seem to be a point sending this request to the employees as they can't do anything...
    Is this a bug with the process or something else that is not set up correctly in our system?
