ETP item not reporting and Category greyed out

Hi ,

 It is my first post. Will you email me if there is an update ? 

Problem:

The ETP item in payroll  has not reported to the ATO, it makes the Verification report doesn't match the MYOB payroll reports. P

Should I ?

This transaction was done in August 23, should I reverse the transaction and redo it in the past day?

Or :

I try to go to the category and  resent the update even.

However this item's category is greyed  out and can't change .

Can you help to to active it . This is the only category i can't change and cause the discrepancy.
