We can't submit data for EOY payment summaries been trying since Friday 4th July.
We need to add the Salary Sacrifice amounts into Section RFBT 57A but the cells are not open n order to enter and then submit all staff payment summaries.
HELP please!

Thanks heaps for sending through the screenshot! Looking at what you’ve shared, everything actually looks fine on the system side. You should be able to type your Salary Sacrifice amounts straight into the RFBA column, so that part’s all good. If you’re referring to the "Final Indicator", this won’t show up until you’ve completed the EOFY finalisation.

"Something went wrong" error can happen if you’re trying to pay an amount under the ATO’s minimum threshold, which was $3,773 back in 2022. See this link to check out the current details and thresholds. If you’re unsure about the requirements, it’s best to reach out to the ATO directly for advice.
