Ive been on hold for 40mins now waiting to speak to someone. Its not acceptable at all that they cant fix the problem to avoid it happening next year. Or that the support isnt quick enough to respond. MYOB PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM ASAP.

MichaelaJohnson Hopefully you have gotten through to someone at MYOB. A script has been run and has fixed the initial problem.
MYOB unfortunately the fix has created an issue with accruals. All accruals have not carrier across to the new FY and all employees have 0 balances. Please fix this. The same thing happened last year and the solution was to manually re-enter accruals. This was not a viable solution.
