Full time to part time
Hello
One of our staff members is going from full time to 3 days a week. How do I set this up in MYOB? What are the things to change?

You'll need to change the following:
- Payroll Details -> Personal Details: Change Employment Basis to Part Time.
- Payroll Details -> Wages: Change hours in pay period to match new hours.
- Payroll Details -> Standard Pay: Check that the number of Base Hourly hours match those in Wages above.
I also like to create an entry in the Contact Log which is very helpful for future reference. It can say something like "Mr Jones change from full time (76 hours) to part time (60 hours) effective 13 July 2023".
