    It is not the super that is incorrect, it is the entered RESC amount.  There is nowhere to access the amount after the end of the financial year to correct it.

    Can you confirm what type of categories you have set up that are reported as RESC?

    I had to enter the amount manually into the eoy payment summary confirmation but have since discovered that I need to change the amount.  I cannot access the RESC portion of the payment summary to adjust it.  How can I do this?

    Hi gjwilko,

     

    It sounds like you're referring to the RFBA (Reportable fringe benefits). This is the only field that can have an amount entered manually upon finalising your employees in STP. 

     

    Could you confirm if this was the case? If not, can you please provide a screenshot of the report with the category in question highlighted? 

     

    Please hide/remove any sensitive employee/business details from screenshots posted publicly.

    I'm not talking about RFBA.

    The payroll summary assistant allowed manual entry for RESC but not for adjustments after lodgement.

    Hi gjwilko,

     

    In this case, I would recommend speaking with the ATO about how this needs to be amended as the summary assistant window has since been replaced by STP.
