Incident Id: b1d74b1a-d7d7-4264-a5ec-0d5e6be2d93e

Hi,

 

I'm trying to change some payslips from "to be email" to "emailed" but keep getting an error message: Incident Id: b1d74b1a-d7d7-4264-a5ec-0d5e6be2d93e

 

can anyone help? Thanks!

    Hi RosaAWU,

    This can be quite frustrating sometimes. To troubleshoot, I recommend clearing your AccountRight cache to avoid any software discrepancies. Please see this help article for more information.
