incorrect entitlement report

I have just run am Entitlement Balance Summary report for July and noticed that one of the entitlement category has reduced significantly from previous month.

This entitlement was for Long service leave that completed 10 year, no accruing, solely for reducing when Long service leave is taken.  None of the employee has taken long service leave in July.

Upon further investigation, I've found that in December 2024, for some reason, some of the employees has their Available hours reset back to the full entitlement and the incorrect amount was carried over up to June 2025.  And for some reason, the available hours have corrected itself in July 2025 to the correct available hours.

This is concerning and wondering if anyone has had the same issue?  And if anyone know how can this happen?

Thank you.

    Hi SakunnaK,

Thanks for checking in! There haven’t been any known issues reported on this one. Sometimes, if you run those reports with different date filters, the numbers can come up a bit wonky and look different from month to month. Pretty good that things are showing right now though! If you ever notice anything odd again, give our Live Chat team a buzz via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount so  we’ll look into it for you.

    Cheers,

    Shella

Shella_A thank you for your reply.

I think the variance we are talking about is more than just "a bit wonky" when the available hours went from 207.73 hours to 245.73 hours, from 269.33 hours to 329.33 hours, from 253.33 hours to 329.33 hours

Was there a glitch in your system? How can we trust that our reports are accurate when 3 different type of reports produced different results for the same thing?
