Issue accessing Payroll Reporting Centre
Hi there
Our company has recently amended the Access Roles of some of our Users - one of which is an outside Advisor that does our payroll. This advisor had full access so we have limited the permissions to make it more role specific. Even though we have based this on MYOB's Payroll Role and all Payroll category permissions are selected (as well as others in other fields) this user is now getting a 'Permission Denied' message when they try to access the reporting centre. I cannot find a specific permission that may be blocking this.
How can I fix this so they can continue with payroll? They have suggested I check their status as an approved STP Declarer but I can't find where this would be listed either?
