Laundry Allowance not in the Verification Report

My Payroll Activity Summary agrees with the Payroll Register Summary, however the  EOFY Verification Report is out of balance by the Laundry Allowance of ONE employee. All the other employees' Laundry Allowances have been included. I have checked  the Payroll Categories to make sure all are correctly assigned, I have run a zero payrun, and still it is missing just this one employee's  Laundry Allowance. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

  • As per a Forum post, I amended the Pay History to include the Laundry Allowance, then entered and advised the ATO of the Termination date. Ran a zero payrun. When I printed all the reports again, low and behold they balanced. I immediately set this as FINAL.  Not sure why but it worked. Thank goodness. Good luck everyone, this is so stressful.
