Leave accrual isn't calculating properly

Hello

We have a fortnightly payroll and the leave entitlement for full time employees accrues at 6.15 hrs per fortnight.  As per the attachment, the first employee on the list, was getting this 6.15, but the second last payrun had her hours accumulated at .62 and then after this weeks payroll, her hours have changed again to .08.  Is there a reason for this or is it an error I will have to manually over ride somehow?

Thanks, Leanne

    Hi Samara

    Thanks for your reply.

No it is currently set at "Equals 7.6923% of Gross Hours".

As far as I know, it has never been changed in the set up, but traditionally it was accruing at 6.15 hours per fortnight.

I will change it back to the 6.15 per pay period & hope that it corrects itself after the next payrun.

    Thank you for your help.

    Kind Regards

    Leanne

    Hi FixMyBooks

Sorry to see that no one has offered assistance with your query. Depending on how you set up the leave category, it could be automatically adjusting the entitlement based on the hours entered in the pay run.

Can you go to; Lists > Payroll Categories > Entitlements > Is the calculation basis "Equals 6.15 hours per pay period"?

If it is another calculation basis like a percentage, then we would expect it to be adjusted depending on what is entered in that particular pay.
