Leave Loading not being paid

Hi, we have approx 35 permanent employees entitled to Holiday Leave Loading.  This week all employees took one day Holiday Leave. 30 employees received their leave loading however MYOB did not pay the Holiday Leave Loading to 5 of employees.

All employees had accrued enough leave to be paid for the day. 

Holiday Leave Accrual appears to be set up exactly the same for all 35 employees.

 

Please help.

    In this matter, you may need to check if the holiday leave was linked to your 5 employees or was recently linked to the holiday leave pay item.
