Missing Employee Self-Onboarding PDF

Hi MYOB

 

We onboarded a new employee in AccountRight and his status is showing "Completed".

 

However, we are unable to access the self-onboarding PDF? I've checked for the "View PDF" button in MYOB AccountRight and also the "View Employee Details" link in the web browser.

 

We can still access the PDF for previous onboarded employees, just not this new employee.

 

Would you be able to assist?

    Thanks for raising this.

    Could you please send me a private message, by hovering over my profile photo and choosing send message, with your MYOB serial number and the first name of the employee and I will ask my development team to have a look.

     

    If you have more than 1 file associated to the serial number, please let me know which business it's for.

    Thank you again for raising this issue. We've identified a bug which has caused this and will put a rememdy in place. This may take a week or so to resolve the issue.
