Hi Thierry888 and Sbsigns
Thanks for your post. I am sorry to hear you are having issues emailing out your payslips. It sounds like you are using Outlook to send your emails, so the solution is probably within Outlook. One workaround is to use the online emailing function instead of outlook: Set up AccountRight to send emails.
The error Sbsigns is getting, generally means, when a program such as AccountRight asks which version of Outlook is installed, the wrong version is being reported back, causing a communication problem and errors between the programs.
This can happen when different versions of Office/Outlook may have been previously installed on the computer, and components/values are left behind. I would recommend getting in touch with an IT professional to make sure the correct software is installed. If you are getting a different error, please let me know and I can look into this for you. Since your emails are not appearing in the sent items, I would recommend checking if you are using AccountRight to email with (check Sent Emails in AccountRight). Or it sounds like a connection error between Outlook and AccountRight and I would recommend reinstalling both, so they are on the latest version.
