MYOB AccountRight: Payroll Report Not displaying to print

To correct some entitlement levels, I processed some zero payroll payments and finf the payroll advice report covering a payroll run on the same day will noy display. How do I fix

Could you please confirm at exactly which point the report is not displaying? Is it when you have entered the dates and running the report? Are there any error messages that appear?
