MYOB fails to send payslips to the employees

Hi,

 

I have recently experienced the issue regarding sending payslips to employees. 

 

In the Sent Emails tab, it does show history of the date that all payslips being sent. However, some of my employees didn't receive it at all. This has been going on for a couple of weeks. So I believe there seems to be a bug in it.

 

Please advise how to find out the underlying issue from here? Thank you.

    Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum.

     

    In this regard, I recommend to check on the spam/junk folders to check on the pay slip and please make sure that MYOB's email is not blacklisted on the employees end.

    Hi,

     

    It happens to quite a few employees for quite a few weeks. They have checked spam of their emails and MYOB just didn't actually send their payslips through. Any other ways that might help? thanks.

    Thank you for getting back to us providing an update. In this regard, may I know if you received an error message when you were trying to send pay slips on your employees? If yes, can you please provide me with the screenshots and the email address so we can check on our end.

    Hi,

     

    Kindly see the attached, I have requested multiple times to email these employees' payslips, but they have checked spam too, only to receive one email on 5th Sept.

     

    The system didn't pop up any error message when made the request, just seemed to be fine. However, my employees just did not receive all of them. 

     

    Do you have ways to see whats going on? Thanks
