Hi,
Kindly see the attached, I have requested multiple times to email these employees' payslips, but they have checked spam too, only to receive one email on 5th Sept.
The system didn't pop up any error message when made the request, just seemed to be fine. However, my employees just did not receive all of them.
Do you have ways to see whats going on? Thanks
