Hi Suzi3,
I see you're having a bit of a hiccup with MYOB not automatically calculating the correct PAYG on termination pay. No worries, I've got your back! First off, you might want to take a peek at your termination wages payroll category settings. There's a chance that the PAYG might be exempted, which could be causing the issue. For more info, please check out this article.
Feel free to get in touch if you need more help.
Cheers,
Princess

Hi Princess,
Thank you for your response.
I have read the article already and PAYG is not exempted as well. I have checked all the payroll category. what can be the other reason?
Please advise.
Thank You.

Hi Suzi3,
Thanks for getting back to me! Another thing to check is whether you set up the termination payroll category correctly. Make sure you’ve added an ETP tax-withheld deduction. This article has all the details on setting up termination, and it’s pretty much the same for both the browser and AccountRight desktop versions.
If you're still in need of assistance, I highly suggest getting in touch with our live chat. To get through to a live chat agent, you will need to get in touch first with our virtual assistant, MOCA, through myob.com/support. If MOCA can't help, you'll be automatically directed to our live chat team.
Cheers,
Princess
