MYOB Payroll Error

Hi there, I am currently working on an assignment and as part of it, I am required to process some payroll work for 2022 FY. I tried to process the payroll for the fortnight 3/1/2022 - 14-1/2022 where the payment date is 17/1/2022, but ended up with an error message as follows. Also I have attached evidence to show that I have correctly entered the financial year as 2022. Please help me with this

    Hi abi2, 

     

    That’s a bit of a weird one. You should be able to work with both your current and previous financial years, no worries. If it’s still playing up, the best bet is to give our support crew a shout so they can dig into it for you.
