MYOB SSID number

Hi Have just been speaking with ATO to set up reporting of paroll.  He has asked for the software SSID number to enable connection.  I don't know what this is or where to get it, couldn't find it in set up or company information etc.  He said it was quite a few numbers.  Can you please advise this ASAP so I can complete set up.

Thanks

Rob

  • Hi robs1

Right where you get both the prompts, under Option 1-Phone the ATO, you should have your unique software ID which you can declare to the ATO. An example is shown as under and your SSID would be a different number from this one:

Let me know how you go on.

  • Hi robs1

SSID is the software ID. It normally appears during setting up single touch payroll reporting when you click on Connect to ATO. However, if you have already done that, it can be found under Payroll>>Payroll Reporting>> Payroll Reporting Center>>> ATO Settings.

Please let me know if you have additional questions on this.

    Thanks for promptness.

I did this but when I get to Pyroll Reporting Centre it brings up the windwo wicth check payroll details and connect to ATO.  Nothing showing ATO settings.  In connect to ATO it has two options 1 - to ring them or to Access manager.  I do not have an ATO account thats all done by my Accountant.  I rang them and they want an SSID number which doesn't show anywhere.  No SSID number has appeared.  I have not previously setup Single Touch Payroll as our employee is fairly new.  Cant do with ATO verbally without the SSID number.  So what to do now?

    Thanks
