MYOB Teams

Hi 

 

We regulary get messages on our staff MYOB Teams app that say "Sorry we were unable to submit your timesheet Please try again later" can you please advise why this is happening and if there is something we need to do to stop it from happening all the time?

 

I have attached a photo to show this message.

 

Please let me know if it is happening to anyone else?

    May I ask if the timesheets are being recorded even with the message prompt?

      No the hours are unable to be recorded, the employees have to wait a period of time before they are able to get in and resubmit their hours

        Hi MelinC

         

        Thanks for the response. 

         

        What we could do is make sure that the time zone on the mobile phone of the employee matches the time zone selected when you set up the location on MYOB Team. After which we could try to record timesheets. 

         

        Let me know if the problem persists or if you have any other concerns.
