Myob Teams

We have just updated to MYOB 2023.7.0 and now the Microsoft Teams App will not work.

I have had all staff delete the app and reload and we receive an error message

"A problem occurred loading microsoft team, please try again later"

 

Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there a work around it has been 2 days and is not on the status page as an issue?

    Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the Community Forum! I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with Microsoft Team app. I really appreciate your patience and understanding about this issue, and I do apologize for the delayed response.

    The common causes of this issue are:
          1. No password was entered, or the entered password was incorrect
          2. The employee was assigned as an approving manager under MYOB Team >> Locations.

    To fix this, the employee who logs into the MYOB Team app should be removed from their role as an approving manager.
