Hi,
We have a new employee whose superannuation is held with ABN 88854638840 Colonial First State Rollover and Superannuation Fund FSF0172AU. We are unable to find this Super Fund on the available funds, and so cannot set this superannuation up.
Could you please advise how we go about settting this up.

All available Super Funds that you can currently pay through MYOB will be listed here. We are always working on adding new funds to the list so definitely keep an eye out! I'd recommend cross-checking the SPIN/USI of the Super Fund against the list first. If it's not listed on that list, you won't be able to pay it through your MYOB file.

Your employee has given you out of date info. That Fund is long gone it stopped accepting new member back in 2012 & he/she would have been transfered to a new account around Oct 2021. (My Member # changed in the process too, but I can still see both accounts when I log in to CFS so all the historical data is still available to me)
