No ID needed for Login

Hi there.

What a world we live in now ?

I pay over $100 for this myob software, and disappointed with the malfunctions and your support.

Last month, I got told by one of my employees that our super has not increased from 9.5% so now we are having to work out what is owed to our employees and also paying a fine to the ATO as these so-called upgrades did not upgrade the percentage of super that needed to be paid.😵‍💫

The other issue I have now is when I login to Myob  I am not being asked for a user ID email or password. It just opens up the file to everybody with all information including payroll… Not happy and thinking of changing to Xero !

    Hi Administrator00

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community Forum.

I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties with the payroll and the concern regarding your logins. Generally, the superannuation guarantee would automatically change rates depending on ATO updates if it was set correctly. I suggest checking the pay category to see if the "Minimum Required Rate" is marked check.

Regarding your concern about the app not asking for credentials to log in, the team is currently in the process of investigating and fixing this. I will send you a private message to collect data so we can reference this as an example to the team.

In the meantime, feel free to post again in the forum if you need any other assistance.

    Thanks,
    Genreve
