About your employee’s pay basis mysteriously switching back to hourly every week – that’s definitely a head-scratcher! There haven’t been any known or reported issues causing this to happen. This could have something to do with the setup on the employee card specifically. To get to the bottom of it, I’d recommend jumping onto Live Chat with our legend of a virtual assistant, MOCA. Our team can give it a proper squiz and figure out what’s going on with the setup. That way, you’ll have everything running like clockwork again!
