Pay Super rejected

Hello, Client received a letter saying the Pay Super payment rejected due to 

Error Code: 4030, Error Message: Fund STA0100AU not found

STA0100AU is Australian Super and it has not changed its USI.
Tried to email Pay Super and request it be reprocessed and email bounces. 

 

Need help to get it sorted ASAP
