To further assist you with this, kindly confirm if you want to delete a transaction from the Pay Super window since the employee's super contribution is being processed through a different clearing house. We are looking forward to your response.

Yes That is the question.

If you are using  AccountRight, I would suggest using the Pay Liability window, filtering by superannuation, and then clearing the super transaction by recording it

If you are using MYOB Business, then the option would be to pay out/ reverse it out using a negative pay and then clearing them in the next super payment.
