Pay Superannuation Bank Feed

I am using Pay Superannuation from MYOB Payroll feature for the first time.

the payment was deducted from our bank account so all good, but I need to know what to do next with the Direct Debit appearing on my Bank Feed...

When I click on find... No matches appear

Do I need to select New and create a new Spend Money or New Pay Bill or New Transfer Money...im so confused.

    Hi

Firstly I don't use that feature but I  would suggest you go into your payroll tab and select pay liabilities change the type to super and the dates to the period you paid and see if it appears there.

if it does pay it and you will be able to match with bank feeds

the only other thing is that an electronic payment was set up and you haven't entered it through prepare electronic payments in payroll command centre

as I say I don't use it but that is where I would look

    hope this helps

  • Hi LouOCE

When a super payment is processed through Pay Superannuation the AccountRight transaction is automatically recorded.

If you're not able to find the AccountRight transaction in the Bank feeds window I'd recommend locating that transaction in Find transactions or Transaction journal. You could also check the Superannuation Payments by employee report.

Once you locate the payment transaction, click on the zoom arrow to open and check the bank account selected in the Pay from account field. It should be the bank account the payment was withdrawn from. Also check the date to ensure you're searching by the correct date range in the Bank feeds window.

Please let us know how you go with that.
