    Hey Mez2,

I know changing from casual to permanent and switching to EFT payments can be a big change, and I'm here to make the transition as smooth as possible for you. You can change the employment basis directly from the employee card. You can check this link for more information. While you're there, make sure to tick the boxes for sick and holiday leave accruals to ensure these entitlements are correctly tracked. For the EFT payment setup, you can also adjust this from the employee card. Just double-check that the payment method is set to "Electronic" instead of "Cheque" to ensure the payments are processed correctly. To do this, go to Card File > Cards List > Employee and then select the employee name > Payment Details and change if needed.

    Best regards,

    Doreen
