Change from casual to permanent
We have an employee changing from casual to permanent part time. Do I create a new card or change the existing card including the start date?

That's a great question to make sure you're on the right track with employee card. You no longer need to create a new card when changing an employee's employment basis. You can simply update the employment basis and start date directly on the existing employee card. You can also check this link for detailed steps.
