Payroll Advice does not show correct YTD figures - this issue raised in 2015

Question

The issue of a payroll advice not showin the correct YTD figures at any given time is an issue that needs urgent attention.

If you do a 0.00 payrun the YTD figure is actually correct as that given date.

When I researched this issue I found it had been previously raised in this forum in September 2015. Refer to attached screen shot.

I believe an employee is entitled to know how much they have earnt for the YTD at any given time and a Payroll Advice is a convenient way for them to source this information. What is the point in providing a YTD figure if it not correct at any given date.

I think this issue needs addressing given that it has been almost 5 years since it was first raised.

Thank you for your post.
Unfortunately,&nbsp;when running the Payroll Advice report, the YTD figures are still only totalling the total of the pays in the date range and not the entirety of the payroll year as expected. In saying that, this issue is being investigated by our development team, however we understand your comments and I will address this urgent feedback directly with the correct team for you.
