Payroll Code not appearing in GL report

Dear All

 

I have just noticed that the GL Detailed report has a number of line entries that done't have a job code, which is causing me difficulties in reconciling some of the accounts.  

 

This is the first time that this has happened, and it hasn't happened for all employees.

    Regarding your query, could you kindly confirm if you're utilizing timesheets as well? If so, please ensure that the job codes are correctly entered on both the timesheets and the standard pay on the employee's card file.

     

    If the issue persists, could you please provide screenshots of the standard pay and timesheets showing the job codes?
