Payroll error

Question

Hi,&nbsp;I processed payroll but had the incorrect hours for a staff member. I deleted the bank file and I reprocessed the correct one but the old payroll for that employee still appears in payroll. It also still comes up in the reports. How do I delete it? It's not greyed but still blue.&nbsp;

There is no way to "Delete" a pay run from the MYOB Advanced system however here are some help articles for reversing and adjusting an employee's pay in MYOB Advanced.&nbsp;

Hi,&nbsp;but the employee appears twice. Is there a way to remove the duplicate?

The pay run has not been processed yet.

If the pay is still open you should be able to select the unmarked check box next to the employee you would like gone and click the option to remove.&nbsp;

Hi Bridie,&nbsp;The below is what I would like to remove.The correct pays have the arrow greyed out.&nbsp;I am using AccountRight.
