Payroll error
I have a termination pay that is not reflected in STP at the ATO. How do I re-run to process without actually re-processing it. I think I just need to upload but how do I do that.

Thanks for raising this. If the termination pay is showing up in the Payroll Register, Payroll Activity, and the YTD Verification Report, but it’s missing at the ATO’s end, you’re on the right track, no need to re-process. What you want to do is send an update event. If the issue remains the same, make sure to reach out to our team directly.
